Setting Up: System
The image below will help you understand how the Categories, Classifications and Connections are used in ContaxCRM.

Categories is where you setup one of the ways in which you would like to Categorise your contact. The default database is populated with several example Categories such as Corporate, Education, Individual. These can be deleted or edited as you require. New Categories can also be added.

Classifications is where you setup another one of the ways in which you would like to categorise your contact. The default database is populated with several example Classifications which suit a business such as mine, Software, Services etc. These can be deleted or edited as you require. New Classifications can also be added.

Connections is where you setup the descriptions for the user defined connections that you intend to use. These can be deleted or edited as you require. New Connections can also be added. For more information on User Defined Connections and Relationships
