Q: Can I access ContaxCRM over the net ?

A: With the MySQL version, yes. It's necessary only to open the Port in your Router and direct it to the IP Address and Port of your Server.

Q: What kind of Computer do I need for MySQL ?

A: A Mac can be used as a MySQL server, as can a PC running Windows or Linux.

Q: Is there an iPhone Version ?

A: Not at the moment, it is 'in the works' however :-)

Q: How can I get my data into ContaxCRM ?

A: You can import from Tab or CSV files. Alternatively we can import your data for you for an additional fee.

Q: Error Message: Failed to Connect ?

A:This generally means that the MySQL server is not running or not accessible from your computer.
