TO INSTALL FOR MAC OSX:

  • Double Click the contaxcrmv3_osx.zip file to decompress the ContaxCRMv3 folder
  • Drag and Drop the ContaxCRMv3 folder into your Applications folder
  • Open the Applications/ContaxCRMv3 folder
  • Double Click ContaxCRM.app
(Depending on your system settings the app may just appear as ContaxCRM)
TO INSTALL FOR WINDOWS:

  • Double Click the contaxcrmv3_win.zip file to decompress the ContaxCRMv3 folder
  • Drag and Drop the ContaxCRMv3 folder into your \Program Files folder
  • Open the \Program Files\ContaxCRMv3 folder
  • Double Click ContaxCRM.exe
(Depending on your system settings the app may just appear as ContaxCRM)

To Register please input the Serial Number included in your ContaxCRM packaging, into the Product Registration Webpage. If you have purchased directly from Arten Science then we will have already done this for you.

A Serial Number will be sent out to your email address. This can be entered into ContaxCRM Trial / Registration window. In the meantime feel free to continue to use the product in Trial Mode.

Note 1: Your Operating System may already have automatically uncompressed the zip file. In this case go straight to Step 2
